Well beyond the job description.

I’m Bec. I work across brand strategy, marketing, creative direction and leadership.

The person
behind the work.

I’m a marketer by profession and a curious person by nature. Which is another way of saying I ask a lot of questions and occasionally turn a passing thought into an unnecessarily elaborate project.

I’ve spent my career working across marketing, brand, creative, events and leadership, with a particular fondness for building sustainable systems. A well-considered spreadsheet has been known to bring me genuine joy.

AI still needs a point of view.

AI can make an unfinished idea sound remarkably convincing.

Why I keep building brand libraries (and why Marketing should thank me)

I've built three brand libraries across two roles.

I still think magazines should come back.

Somewhere in our enthusiasm for making everything digital, I think we've forgotten the pleasure of physical media.

    Leave room for a detour.

Life admin kept ending up in separate places. I built Two Player to bring our tasks, plans and money together. It's a private app for my household, but I'm curious whether the idea could go further.

Nearly 40 years of history. A brand ready to do something different.

I led the rebrand and rollout, working with Next Thursday to give Deaf Lottery a clearer identity and a voice of its own.
